Chiropractic Manipulation

Chiropractic manipulation is a hands-on treatment where chiropractors apply controlled force to joints, especially in the spine, to improve alignment, reduce pain, and enhance mobility. It's a non-invasive approach to relieving musculoskeletal discomfort.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy, like cupping and scraping, uses hands-on techniques to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. Cupping lifts tissue with suction, while scraping facilitates local healing. Both methods reduce pain and speed up recovery.

Laser

Class IV Laser therapy is a high-powered treatment that penetrates deep into tissues to promote healing and reduce pain. It stimulates cellular activity, reduces inflammation, and accelerates tissue repair, making it ideal for musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. The result is faster recovery with no downtime.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a technique where thin needles are inserted into muscle trigger points to relieve pain and tension. It helps reduce muscle tightness, improve mobility, and speed up recovery from injuries.

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is the process of restoring strength, mobility, and function after injury or illness. It uses targeted exercises and therapies to speed up recovery, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries, helping individuals return to daily activities.

Shockwave

Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses acoustic waves to stimulate healing in injured tissues. It promotes increased blood flow, reduces pain, and accelerates tissue repair. It's commonly used for chronic conditions like tendinitis and plantar fasciitis, offering quick recovery with minimal side effects.

“When I started at The Well Yard, I was at the end of my rope with chronic back pain. I felt as though I had tried everything - went to all the doctors, physical therapy, other chiropractors - anything to try to get to the bottom of the issue and find relief. Dr. Allie was the first person who truly validated my pain and wanted to dive deeper. Now, I rarely experience the pain and am confidently armed with the tools to target the problem when it arises.”
